2/22/2006 - CUAC Provides Client Assistance Package for State and Federal Examinations
HOUSTON, TX – In response to NCUA’s growing concerns regarding third party indirect lending for credit unions, Credit Union Acceptance Company, LLC (CUAC) has developed a Client Assistance Package that addresses federal and state examiner questions about client credit union’s indirect lending.
“Since CUAC is a credit union service organization, we felt it was our responsibility to assist our owner and client credit unions with a comprehensive assistance tool that will enable them to respond rapidly and accurately with examiners about their indirect lending services with CUAC.” stated Adrian Dominguez, President and CEO of CUAC.
Credit Union Acceptance Company, LLC (CUAC), is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) founded in 1998 and owned by nine Texas credit unions.
